Phase III is the most important area of the center, located on Town Center Drive, the critical primary thoroughfare connecting all components of the property as well as two primary city streets surrounding the site.  It is the most heavily traveled street within the property.

The Wilmington area has grown by nearly forty percent (40%) during the last two decades (1990-2010).  

Mayfaire Town Center started construction in September 2002 and has been constructed in three (3) phases totaling as much as 700,000/sf upon completion.  Phase I Opened March 2004; Phase II opened Fall 2007 and was completed Fall 2008.  Phase III will begin preleasing now with deliveries targeted for early Spring in 2014.
