Q: Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
A: Mayfaire gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.
Q: Can I place a tip on my gift card?
A: The Mayfaire gift card may not be used for tips or other gratuities.
Q: Does the gift card ever expire?
A: The funds associated with the card do not expire and will be available until the card balance reaches zero. For fraud management purposes, the physical card may be rendered unusable after 18 months. If the card becomes unusable with an available balance, you may present and exchange the unusable card at no charge for a replacement card which will be activated in the amount of the available balance at the time of the exchange. To exchange your card, please contact the management office.
Unless prohibited by law, a nonrefundable fee will be charged for services rendered in the amount of $1.00 for purchases in the mall office and $4.00 for purchases made online. Except for cards sold in NY, a fee of $2.50 will commence to run on the day after the first year anniversary of the date the card is purchased. This fee will be automatically deducted each month from the card balance until the balance is zero. For cards sold in NY, the monthly fee will commence on the 13th month following non-use of the card.
Q: What if someone steals my card or I lose it?
A: Treat your card the same as you would cash. Mayfaire is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you notify Mayfaire that your card has been lost or stolen, you may recover only the balance remaining on the card, if any, as of the time you have notified us that your card was lost or stolen, less a replacement fee of $1.00.
Q: What does it cost to purchase a Mayfaire gift card?
A: There is a $1.00 per card processing fee for purchases made at the Mayfaire Management Office and a $4.00 per card shipping and handling fee for cards purchased online.
Q: In what denominations are gift cards available?
A: Mayfaire gift cards are available in denominations from $5 to $500.
Q: Where are Mayfaire gift cards accepted?
A: Mayfaire gift cards are accepted at all Mayfaire Town Center and Mayfaire Community Center stores, with the exception of GNC and Consolidated Theatres Mayfaire 16 Theatre.
Q: How will I know how much money is on the gift cards?
A: The original denomination of the card will be printed at the top right of the back of the card. Subsequent to its use, the card balance may be obtained by checking the authorization code from your last purchase, by calling 800-755-0085, or going to www.mayfairetown.com. These options are available 24/7.
Q: How are gift cards shipped?
A: All Mayfaire gift cards are shipped standard USPS First Class Mail, which typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Cards cannot be sent to P.O. or APO addresses or out of the Continental US.
Q: How will the Mayfaire gift card look when it arrives?
A: The premium quality gift card comes with the gift card attached inside a full color folio greeting card along with a blank white greeting card envelope that is mailed in an outer envelope.

Q: Can I use my gift card to make purchases online?
A: No, you can only use the card in person at Mayfaire.
Q: How do I return merchandise bought with my Mayfaire gift card?
A: Merchants will credit your returns, subject to their return policy, back to the gift card used to make the purchase. For this reason, it is very important that you keep your gift card and all receipts. Funds credited by a merchant back to a gift card will be available approximately three business days after the return is processed.
Q: Can I add funds to the gift card?
A: No, the gift card is not reloadable. However, returns and credits done by the merchant of Mayfaire may be applied.
Q: What if I want to spend more than the gift card balance?
A: The Mayfaire gift card can be combined with another form of payment. Please notify the cashier before you begin the transaction that this will be a "split tender" transaction and let them know the balance remaining on your card.
Q: How long does it take my order to be processed?
A: Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will not be processed until the following business day. Please note, orders placed after Friday, December 14th cannot be guaranteed delivery by December 25th.
Q: Can I cancel a website gift card order?
A: No, once you have placed an order on the website, you cannot cancel it. Please be certain that you have entered all the correct information before you submit your order.
